If you're unsure how to handicap this game, use the approach employed by my wife's second cousin, who, albeit quite cute and employed, is inexplicably unmarried, and who decides who to root for, in the absence of any other compelling reason, by which quarterback is most dateable. In this case, unsurprisingly, she's pulling for Green Bay.

By the way, this is the first Super Bowl in a long time where we can almost interpret the roman numeral, XLV, which is the metric equivalent of 183.

Oh, I missed the kick-off. But no one has scored yet so that's OK.

In the Chevy Silverado ad, the bit that made me hoot was "Where'd he get a BALLOON??" Nudge and a wink to the weather balloon hoax from a while back.

+1 on Cowboys and aliens.

Joan Rivers? GoDaddy has sunk to a new low, and... Eww.

I REALLY liked that Chevy Silverado ad ... but then , I AM a Silverado driver. I really liked the Kia Epic Ride ad, too.

Ok, we LOLed on the Silverado commercial, and the Dorito's dead grandpa...and the Pepsi crotch shot, I have to admit. (Perhaps because these are the first commercials we've seen in a while?)

Totally in for Cowboys & Aliens even though I don't like Daniel Craig.

Ant that seems to be topping out our football watching for the year, so now I'll just have to check back here for commercials to see if there are more that we need to seek out.

Kind of embarrassed to admit that I watched Black-eye Pea - really bad.
