Too Tired to Blog
Three hour Passion Play rehearsal tonight...and tomorrow night...and the next night...and Saturday afternoon...and...well, you get the picture.
Do you think audiences will be comparing your group's "Passion" with the film version, and if so, to what extent?
Well, actually, I posted about something similar a few weeks back:

I don't see how audiences can help but compare our production to the film. Whether that's good or bad, only time will tell. I'm thinking about a post contrasting the two, because they are very different presentations, with different purposes.
You'll just have to show up to see if Rosalinda makes a cameo! ;-)

Ultimately, the different objectives should, I hope, have a different effect on the audience's perception. Plus, it's "live". That's always important.

That raises a number of interesting questions...
Has seeing Gibson's "The Passion Of The Christ" influenced the outlook of the organizers and participants?

Is Rosalinda Celentano going to make a guest cameo, and if so, could you get her autograph for me, pleeeeeeze?
On second thought, if so, could you give me the date of the performance and directions to the church? I will definitely want to be there!!!
