Perhaps you've seen this mentioned on numerous other blogs today, and perhaps, like me, you went past it, mentally filing it away in the "another time, perhaps" category. I don't mind saying so, Chaplain Lewis is a braver man than I am.
Dying for your own country's freedom is a hard thing. Dying for another country's freedom is even harder.
Every time I read the headlines, I'm reminded how tempting it was to let The Guard "help me pay for college". A bunch of the guys I graduated with are over there now.
