Dear God, not again...
This on the Fox News website: Smoke, Evacuations in Three London Subway Stations.
No details yet, but it doesn't sound good.
Well, no one can blame folks for being a bit jumpy. And while these latest "incidents" do seem to be legitimate threats, at least all early reports are that there were no injuries.
I'm guessing they'll turn out to be some lame attempts at copycat crimes.

It's a weird feeling sitting here reading reports of Tube lines shutting down, etc.
Posted by: Andy at July 21, 2005 08:17 AMMy prayers go out to you guys. I guess I'll "fly" the Union Jack here for a few more days, after all.

For once, ironically, I'm hoping it's to do with our decrepid system - and nothing worse. But I fear more, unfortunately, and the sirens seem more frequent. Imagining things? Maybe... maybe not...
