Can You Hear Me Now?
The latest entry in the category of "I'm sure I need this if only to annoy the neighbors" is the iPod Mega Helmet, in which a plain old Radio Shack megaphone enters into an unholy union with an iPod and the whole schmear is mounted to a motorcycle helmet using stylish duct tape. Not only will you then be able to project your voice but also the music* on your 'pod. As the construction instructions note, this device would be handy on the softball field for aggravating opposing batters.
I can also see some definite possibilities for mounting on a bicycle helmet. And, considering the bikes I ride, this might actually make me look less geeky.
*Or you could record a podcast using your own voice, then broadcast that via the megaphone. While this might be helpful for those who get tongue-tied in social situations, I suspect that in general it would just be weird. And lazy.
Bonk of the helmet to Cult of Mac
Do those tables accomodate all iPods, or just the Nanos?
I think the world is trying to get us all to keep up with Eric in iPod purchasing, by tying everything to an iPod.
Soon, I'll have to replace my socks with iPod compatible versions.

And, of course, Apple is more than happy to accommodate you.
Rachel, I'm waiting for the iPod-integrated toilet to arrive on the scene, complete with iFlush. ;-)

I was going to email you this but I thought it might be better to go back to this post and put it here. Over here they are advertising a bed. One of the special features is that it stores your ipod with ease on the special built in beside tables!
