Grey's Anatomy - Much ado about nothing?
So a guy's laying on the operating table with a live bazooka round in his belly (don't ask). It's not a nuclear warhead, folks. You don't evacuate an entire multi-floor hospital for that.
Do you?
Well, it seems a bit overly dramatic to me, anyway.
I think it would be scarier if they found Howard Dean in his belly, but that's just me.
Great. We won't find out til maybe the next episode. That means Steve'll be doing this blast impression all week.
Posted by: Janie at February 5, 2006 10:28 PMHave him draw a diagram and email it to me. We need visual aids.
Posted by: Eric at February 5, 2006 10:37 PMMaybe he'll show you at Starbucks. And if you act like you really enjoy the impression, he'll buy you a Venti Tazo Chai Soy No Water.
Posted by: Janie at February 5, 2006 10:39 PMOh no, not another one!
Unless this new joker swallowed his. :p
Janie, I think I'd rather have a bazooka round in the gut. ;-)
Mr. Freen, there's apparently nothing new under the sun...or in the gut...
I'm not sure how the guy got loaded; I missed the beginning of the episode. (Well, I didn't miss it; I just didn't see it, if you get my drift.) Apparently, there was some sort of "father-son science project gone badly awry" sort of mishap. Or something.

Happens all the time ... just ask me, or Jimmy at Doorknobs, or any parent who's gotten a kid through Science Fair ...
Oy, vay ... the things I could tell you ... don't get me started ... :-)
By the way ...
!!!!! GO STEELERS !!!!! (still in that "full tilt boogie mode" you mentioned last night)
Posted by: Jeff at February 6, 2006 06:54 AMI thought the episode was pretty intense. The only comic relief was the scene in the laundry close.
Posted by: Jason at February 6, 2006 10:10 AMI've never watched the show and judging by this episode, I haven't missed anything important.
Posted by: Eric at February 6, 2006 12:19 PMI haven't watched the show, either. I took a chance that the book was better. Isn't that how it usually goes?

Steve has been demonstrating to Tyrel and I what might be the blast radius for the bazooka shell in the guy's stomach.
And you thought the commercials were interesting.
