If you're wondering why Jim isn't posting as regularly as usual over at Serotoninrain, one possible explanation is that he's writing a daily Lenten devotional for those of us fortunate enough to live in west Texas. And thanks to the wonderments of the interweb, you can read his most excellent thoughts even if you don't have a Texas drawl. Just click hyeah.
Kudos to fellow Midland blogger and web editor Jimmy Patterson for recognizing Jim's gift and inviting him to share these daily devotionals, all the way from Pennsylvania. It's wonderful to see how the world really can be as small as a neighborhood.
