5 uncles on my dad's side of the family.

OK, the rules are simple. First, be honest. We might not know otherwise, but the God of Methuselah, Moses, and Memes will. Second, despite Rule #1, you get one wildcard if you need it; feel free to make up one of the items. And, in support of the proposition that there should remain some mystery about a blogger, don't identify the wild card.

Have fun!

So ...I'm thinking you don't really have 8 pairs of shoes. :)

I'm not telling! ;-)

Hey, Eric -- got any tandem recommendations? We're thinking about getting a pair of tandems for Random Family biking purposes, and would really prefer not to go deep into debt so to do.

(P.S. The term "m*rtgage" tripped your spam filters in my first attempt above :-)

Bret, you might check out the Burley line-up; they make a good bike and also have some pretty attractive prices compared to some of the other manufacturers.

Co-Motion and Cannondale also make good tandems. Of course, Santana is considered by most to be the top of the line, but you pay a premium (you ought to price one of their quads!).

You can also get good deals on used tandems. The Tandem Club of America has an extensive list of tandems for sale in its classifieds, and they're usually pretty well maintained bikes. The trick is finding one close to you so that shipping costs don't kill you.

Sorry about my ever-diligent spam blocker. He's kind of a Barney Fife-type of enforcer...likes to throw his weight around, but he's easily fooled.

There's no way a self-employed, work out of his home type, needs 10 sports jackets. I'd say that's the wild card. ;-)

Ah, but you're overlooking my 2 1/2 decades in the world of corporate dronage.

10' braided leather Mexican bullwhip with a steel swivel handle - You have one of these? That is so cool! It makes me think of Indiana Jones! (starts humming!).

Do you really have 9 DVD players? Is that the wildcard and would you tell us if we guessed anyway LOL.

I got the bullwhip in Juarez, Mexico when I was but a mere boy. Meaning, of course, that it's older than you are. ;-)

"quads"? There are bicycles built for four?

Sounds Dr. Seuss-ian. Do they have extra wheels in the middle, and a little seat trailing way up high in the back for the little guy with the tuft of hair sticking straight up off his head?

I am surprised that you have no Stones albums. I thought everyone born before - oh, let's say 1965 - had to have at least one of those.

The Zero Stones has to be the Wild Card; can anybody of our generation NOT have at least one?
