Bret, I'm open to convincing otherwise, but, really, the damage is done, regardless of the second test. It's not fair, but such is the legacy that pro cycling has created for itself.

The system for testing for doping in pro cycling can be as corrupt and manipulated as the sport can. I watched a special about Greg Lemond and his TdF wins. He claims to have gone to great lengths to maintain the integrity of the urine and blood samples he gave the UCI.
