How did this year compare with the last? Easier/harder?

Mark, it was both, if you can imagine. It was easier in one respect because I had a lot more company this year. I don't recall nearly as many folks hanging with me almost all the way through as this year, and that helps a bunch.

OTOH, I think I got sleepier this year. I suspect that's due to the crummy night I had Friday and the lack of an adrenaline producing injury to keep me pumped up in the wee hours.

All things considered, I prefer this year's experience!
