Starlight Meadows

Some of the photos on this site are mesmerizing in a vaguely disturbing sense.

The symbolism ranges from 2x4-to-the-head obvious to something you capture only out of the corner of your eye.

How did you stumble across that one?

Janie, I was idly surfing the web this afternoon during a break and came across it. I don't even remember how I got there.

Oh, wait a minute...I still have the tab open to the site that had the link. I guess I should have included that in the post.

Interesting. I like the 1st of November image on its own, and the site design in general. The rest is mostly like the one about the roof. Yeah... that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

Foo, I also thought the November photo was exceptional.

I also like "But Instead He Fell Further In," for some reason. I think it's because you're initially not fully aware of the figure on the tractor, but as you continue to look at the photo, it becomes the main focus...trying to put it into context. Or, maybe I've just had too much NyQuil.

I finally had a look...those are some of the most disturbing but intriquing images I've seen in a loooonnng time. Wow! I agree with you guys on the 1st of November shot...that one is stunning. I know I would not want to live in the world that Jason is creating. In fact, I hope it falls apart in 2 days, but the images are worth sharing.
