"They" say you should be easily able to ride in a day the same distance as your average weekly training mileage. You *have* been averaging 100 miles per week, haven't you? ;-)

But what do "they" know? The weather's supposed to be nice next weekend, and I'm sure you've chosen a nice flat route with nothing but tailwinds, so you'll be fine. I look forward to a report.
