Take your friends where you find them
Via Wallace over at Streams comes this visual reminder that we can learn a lot from animals:
There are some waterfowl around the back side of my neighborhood that could learn a thing or two from that fella. There's a whole street/pond gang of ducks and geese that loiter around the glorified runoff collection pond, and two of them took a flying leap (leaping flutter?) at me as I rounded the bend on my bike this morning.
I... um... ducked and so came away with no feathers in my teeth. No harm; no fowl.

I've never seen a dog so willing to rollover for a duck. That is adorable!
