I got nothing (again)
And even when I have something, it feels like nothing.
So, out of pity for youse guys, I'm going to take a break. Catch you post-Labor Day.
Enjoy!
Posted by: Patti at August 29, 2007 12:53 PMI've had nothing for weeks...actually, too lazy to blog for a month...I'm hoping a weekend in Cozumel will help. Adios!
Posted by: julie at August 29, 2007 01:34 PMBeth, I wanted to make sure you had plenty of time for your Fantasy Football draft. ;-)
Thanks, Patti. You're partially to blame, you know, with all the travel postings you've been making. Makes me want to go somewhere.
Like, say, Cozumel. Although I have some pretty awful memories of getting sick, the diving was amazing. Have fun, Julie! (I didn't know you were blogging again, by the way. Keeping the URL to yourself, huh? ;-)
Posted by: Eric at August 29, 2007 03:17 PMIt's a little off-putting (the name), althoughl my friends and family think it's funny...they're so twisted sometimes!
Posted by: julie at August 29, 2007 04:18 PMYou know me too well, Eric. Because there's nothing I love more than football. Me and football..well, that's as natural a combination as spaghetti and dogfood.
Posted by: beth at August 29, 2007 07:02 PMwelcome to the club amigo!! have a beer and hang around for awhile.

And I thought I was the only one who went for that!
Shannon, I don't drink beer, but I'm a quite accomplished hanger-arounder.
Posted by: Eric at August 29, 2007 08:58 PMHave a great weekend!!
Posted by: Janie at August 29, 2007 09:49 PMThanks, Janie; you, too! I hope we get at least a little rainfall...preferably during the night so that no daytime plans are affected.
Posted by: Eric at August 29, 2007 10:01 PMSeems like everyone's either having a creative dry spell, or having to divert a lot of that creativity toward earning a living.
Posted by: Foo at August 30, 2007 07:42 AMMaybe you have a case of the steadily depressin', low-down mind messin, working on the pixel blues.
Well, anyone who's been paying attention knows that I've never allowed a dearth of creativity to stand in the way of my blogging, so that's probably not it. I do think the onslaught of pesky clients returning en masse from vacationing on their private islands in the South Pacific and suddenly realizing that they've not updated their websites in months might have something to do with the lack of focus.
Whatever. I plan to be back next week, like a case of athlete's foot in the swamp. (And that simile alone should provide sufficient warning of what I'm capable of.)
Posted by: Eric at August 30, 2007 02:40 PMGet back to blogging, or the fish gets it!
Hope Midland is still there, try not to let it float away. The nephew's doing great, his outfit seems to be training him well.
Get back to blogging, or the fish gets it!
Is that a threat or a favor? I'm thinking about how much money that would save us!
Thanks for keeping an eye on him, though. It means a lot.
I'll be back to blogging next week. Sorry you don't have anything better to do than read this. ;-)

So...exactly what am I supposed to do at the office all day? Work? Come on!
Have a good break.
