Now it'll take the Regents 30 seconds of deliberation instead of 15 to decide to fire Franchione.
Posted by: Jimmy at November 23, 2007 08:59 PMWhat a birthday present for your Dad. Know 4 more happy Aggies, too. Now if KU's Jay Hawks can just get it done, too....
Posted by: Aunt Alice at November 23, 2007 09:03 PMWhoopee!!! You took it to us, for sure! Hope your Thanksgiving was great!
Posted by: Toni at November 23, 2007 09:10 PMRob, I wish I could say we did it for the Raiders, but you'd see through that. ;-)
Jimmy, check the sportswire. He's already gone.
Alice, we can all turn our full attention to rooting for KU tomorrow.
You're scaring me, Toni. Too much good sportsmanship makes me nervous. ;-) But, we did have a good Thanksgiving, regardless of the football. Hope you did as well.
Posted by: Eric at November 23, 2007 09:17 PMGo, New Mexico! Everybody's a Lobo - woof, woof, WOOF!
Posted by: Jeff at November 24, 2007 09:40 AMY'all just had to rub salt in the wound, didn't ya? That hurt to watch. Geesh.
Congrats, anyway! I don't think I've ever heard a stadium as loud as that one last night. We will be back at ya, though...and with a fierce vengeance...take heed.

Posted by: Tricia at November 24, 2007 02:06 PMTricia, I thought I was quite subdued, all things considered. You guys are still the ones going to a multi-million dollar bowl game; A&M will end up in the Salad Bowl or something like that, where they'll likely be embarrassed once again. So let us enjoy our successes while we can. ;-)
Of course, the Aggies also won the Pre-Season NIT basketball tournament last night in Madison Square Garden, where they absolutely stomped Ohio State. Yeah, it's a good day to be an Aggies sports fan.
And just to prove my benevolence, I'm not even going to edit out your closing remarks! ;-)

Well, Guns Up! to the Aggies. That's just too cool!
