The Boy and the Princess
Once upon a time there was a boy. We'll call him Robert, since that was his name. Robert was an odd little boy, for many reasons, but not the least of which was his obsession with princesses. As you might imagine, this made for some challenging times during recess, and those challenges continued throughout his adolescence.
But Robert's obsession grew even stronger in the face of adversity. He dreamed of marrying a princess, and in one of those strange twists of fate that defy logic and lead to sardonic blog posts, actually married one when he got old enough to do so.
That should have been sufficient, and would have been for any normal princess-obsessed adult male, but Robert wanted more.
And just so you'll know that dreams do sometimes come true, he got it.

Oh, by the way...nice t-shirt, Cinderfella.
You know, that Taylor guy is such a leech; he's been begging me for years for a Fire Ant freebie. I wish I'd thought to send one along with you just to shut the guy up!

That's hilarious, Eric! I'm sure he's still your friend and best supporter after that.
I should have remembered to bring some of your paraphenalia up here to New England. (Who knows? I might have been able to talk James Taylor into wearing one of your shirts at his concert in Lenox Massachusetts. Stranger things have happened.)
At the least, you could have been advertised in the best sailboats, bars, wharfs, and bathrooms, from Boston to Providence to Lenox to Newport, not to mention several opportunities aboard the always pleasant (not) U. S. Airways.
What was I thinking???
I'll do better next time.
